Most hosts print the welcome book and leave it somewhere visible in the property, for example on the table or next to the keys. You can also add a QR code to the PDF or hang one up separately, so guests can open the book straight on their own phone — handy for anyone who'd rather not flip through a folder.
Slow down gently and give animals space — never honk or chase them. On many country roads, livestock such as cows or sheep can cross without warning, especially around dusk.
