Welcomap was founded in 2026, based in the Netherlands. We're the Welcomap team — a small, dedicated crew that believes every host, however small, deserves a professional, multilingual guest experience.
What we do
We create polished, multilingual welcome books for holiday rental hosts: you fill in your own details via the Welcomap app and get a ready-made PDF with everything a guest needs — from the WiFi password to house rules to a theme-specific safety guide — that you can then keep editing for free, forever, with no Canva or other program. Available in 6 languages (Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian), ready to download right after purchase.
Where we operate
We're based in the Netherlands (welcomap.com, with welcomap.eu on the way) and work with hosts across Europe — from a beach house on the Coast to a chalet in the Mountains.
